Pinnacle offers expert data translations / file conversions
for OEMs and engineering companies and consultants.
Cross-platform file management is a Pinnacle specialty. 
We provide data translations / file conversions to support
new product design, facility construction, material handling,
prototyping, and dozens of other projects.

Pinnacle has more than two decades experience with
complex automotive and automotive Tier 1/2 projects.   
We specialize in these formats:

• ACIS: .sat format. Including versions up to AC157
  (initial implementation of reading versions up to AC1514)

• Autodesk: DXF, DWF and DWG formats.
  Backward compatible to 1997, 2000, 2002, 2004,
  2005,2006, 2007, 2008

• Autodesk Mechanical Desktop: DXF, DWF and
  DWG formats. Also backward compatible.

IGES 2D or 3D neutral translations: .IGS or IGES format.
IGES and IGS data outputs as 3D solid model geometry,
wireframe or surface data

• Parasolid: x_b and x_t formats

• Solid Edge: .asm, dft, .par, .psm, and pwd weldment
  formats. Running V14, 16, 17, 18, and 19

• Solid Works: sldprt, sldasm. 2004, 2005, 2006 or 2007

• STEP 203 or STEP 214 neutral translations: .STP or .STEP

• SAT v4.0 and prior

• Any format listed above, to or from AutoCAD v1997,
  2000, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008

• Word processing and Excel data into other
  platforms or applications

• Any format listed above to .PDF

In addition to data translations / file conversions, Pinnacle
can quickly diagnose problematic files, explain the implications
and severity, and provide options for file repair.  Pinnacle also
converts archived files to a current format, and can enable
clients to exchange complex models between common CAD
platforms without data rework. 

Pinnacle manages digital files for consultants and other partners
who are not active users, and assists with the compiling of files
from various sources and formats for presentation purposes.
